General Terms and Conditions
Article 1: Preamble
These General Conditions of Sale govern the relations between the company CALPET, registered in the trade and companies register Bayonne B 921 231 569 , whose registered office is located in Biarritz, hereinafter referred to as "CALPET," and any natural or legal person making a purchase via the CALPET website, hereinafter referred to as "the buyer."
Article 2: Scope of Application
2.1. These General Terms and Conditions govern all product sales made on the CALPET website, accessible at www.calpet.fr
2.2. Any order placed on the CALPET website implies the buyer's full and unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions. The General Terms and Conditions shall prevail over any other conditions contained in documents issued by the buyer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Article 3: Products
3.1. The products offered for sale by CALPET are described and presented on the website as accurately as possible. However, CALPET cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions that may exist in this information.
3.2. Products are available while stocks last. CALPET reserves the right to modify its assortment, including product characteristics and prices, at any time.
Article 4: Orders
4.1. The buyer may place an order on the CALPET website in accordance with the terms and conditions described. Acceptance of the order by CALPET is subject to the availability of the products ordered.
4.2. Once the order has been placed, the buyer will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation will contain a summary of the order as well as delivery information.
Article 5: Price and Payment
5.1. Product prices are indicated in euros (EUR) and are inclusive of all taxes (TTC).
5.2. Payment for the products can be made by the payment methods available on the CALPET website.
Article 6: Delivery
6.1. The products will be delivered to the address indicated by the buyer when ordering. Delivery times are given for information purposes only.
6.2. In the event of late delivery, the buyer shall not be entitled to any compensation or damages.
Article 7: Right of Withdrawal
7.1. In accordance with current legislation, the buyer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise his right of withdrawal and return the product without having to provide reasons or pay penalties.
Article 8: Liability and Guarantee
8.1. CALPET guarantees the conformity of the products sold under these General Terms and Conditions.
8.2. In the event of non-conformity of a product sold, the buyer may request the replacement of the product, a refund or a credit note.
Article 9: Personal Data
9.1. The information collected by CALPET during any order from the buyer is necessary for the management of the transaction and is processed in accordance with the privacy policy available on the CALPET website.
Article 10: Disputes and Applicable Law
10.1. These General Terms and Conditions are subject to French law. Any dispute relating to their application or interpretation shall fall under the jurisdiction of the French courts.
